Bilateral Relations between Nyankrom, Ghana, and SHRIKAILASA

Nyankrom, Shama Traditional Council in the Republic of Ghana and the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Hindu Civilizational Nation, and the First Nation of Hindus entered into bilateral relations – Emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living.

Nyankrom is one of the traditional communities within the Shama District, the first district from the east of the Western Region of Ghana. It is a coastal community and one of the fourteen (14) administrative Districts in the Western Region. It is located 15km East of Sekondi (Western Regional Capital) and 265km west of the national capital, Accra. Nana Akosua Gyamfiaba II is the paramount Queen-mother for the Shama traditional area. A role she is performing creditably. She is a Christian and believes that without God one is worthless. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but faith and submission to God is her watchword and with that she fights and wins her battles.

The total land area of the district is 193.7 km2 representing about 1% of the entire Western Region. The population is 117,224 in 2021, representing 5.7% of the regional population of 2,060,585. Almost 45% of the population are young people making the population very vibrant. The main determinants of the economy are agriculture, forestry and fisheries but the majority is into crop farming. Nyankrom cultivates large amounts of acacia for coal production.

Bilateral Relations: Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Area, Ghana, and SHRIKAILASA

The Nyimfa Division, Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Council in the Republic of Ghana and the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Hindu Civilizational Nation, and the First Nation of Hindus entered into bilateral relations – Emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health, and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living.

Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Area is one of the Borbor Kunkunfi Akan Fantis groups that migrated from Techiman to the Central Region of Ghana. The Nyimfa division with its headquarters at Gomoa Ohuan has 13 towns under its jurisdiction. Nana Ekua Edugyanmaa 1 is the Nyimfahenmaa (Queenmother) of Andamba Nyimfa Division and the Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Council. Politically, the Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Area is part of The Gomoa West District, which is one of 22 assemblies making up the Central Region. The district headquarters is at Apam and covers a total land area of 465 square kilometers. The main occupation of the people is farming and fishing since the region stretches from the hinterland to the coast. The main crops cultivated include cassava and corn.

Bilateral Relations: Abura Stool, Cape Coast, Ghana, and SHRIKAILASA

Abura Stool, Oguaa Traditional Council in the Republic of Ghana and the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Hindu Civilizational Nation, and the First Nation of Hindus entered into bilateral relations – Emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health, and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living.

Abura Stool, with a population of 120,000 and founded by the Royal Ebiradze family around 1215, is located in Cape Coast, Ghana. The main occupations of the people of Abura are farming and trading in domestic merchandise. They cultivate cassava which is mainly processed into garri, and then corn. Since part of the community is coastal, some of the men and women are involved in fishing and fish processing.

Abura hosts important basic and secondary educational institutions including the Cape Coast Technical University, Medical College Teaching Hospital, the Nurses Training School, Wesley Girls High School, and the Academy of Christ the King among the basic ones. The regional stadium is also cited here in Abura which makes it a tourist attraction where important events in the region and Cape Coast are held.

SHRIKAILASA’s Permanent Ambassador to UN, Her Excellency Vijayapriya Nithyananda, handed over the preamble to the constitution of KAILASA – the Bhagavad Gita as decoded by KAILASA’s Head of State, THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM to the Ambassador of Sierra Leone to the United States His Excellency Sidique Abou-Bakarr Wai at the 77th UN General Assembly High-Level side event in NYC – Sierra Leone for Security Council.
