SHRIKAILASA Extends Sister City Partnership to Lira City Council, Republic of Uganda

The Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA is delighted to announce extending its Sister City Partnership to Lira City Council, Republic of Uganda.

The Partnership was established on September 2nd, 2022 with the areas of cooperation including, among others eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health, and education initiatives.

Lira, a city in the Northern Region of Uganda; is the main municipal, administrative, and commercial center of Lira District; home to over 99k people.

We thank you, Honorable Mayor, Sam Atul, the Mayor of Lira City, and the Lira City Council, and look forward to a long-lasting, strong, and thriving mutually beneficial Partnership for years to come.

Bilateral Relations: Effutu Municipal District, Ghana, and SHRIKAILASA

Effutu Municipal District and the Sovereign State of SHRIKAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Civilizational Nation, First Nation of Hindus entered into bilateral relations – emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living.

Effutu Municipal District is one of the twenty-two districts in the Central Region, of Ghana. Originally it was part of the then-larger Awutu/Effutu/Senya District in 1988, until the southwest part of the district was split off by a decree of President John Agyekum Kufuor on 29 February 2008 to create Awutu Senya District; thus the remaining part was elevated to municipal district assembly status to become Effutu Municipal District on that same year. The municipality is located in the southeast part of the Central Region and has Winneba as its capital town.
