Holistic Health and Wellness Training to Freetown city council members

On March 21, KAILASA initiated the provision of holistic health and wellness training to the members of Freetown City Council as part of its humanitarian services. The partnership between KAILASA and Freetown City Council is a source of great pride, as we work together to improve the lives of all those involved.

Let me thank you so much for your support to the Freetown City Council. The two sessions have been very helpful to me. It has taught me to learn that our thoughts has a great influence on State of being. And that there is thin line that separate one thoughts from another . The frequency at which we  unclutch our thoughts will to a greater extent help us to relieve ourselves from stress or be able to plan better for the future. It would also help us to increase our dexterity to get better results our decision making process.  It will help us to be able to live healthier life style because our state mind is closely related to state of health.

I believe that if the training continues,  it will go a long way to help me discover my full potential.  Thanks for your patience and support. Stay blessed!!!
