The Kono District and Koidu City of Sierra Leone both have entered into Bilateral Relations and the United States of KAILASA, the Ancient Enlightened Civilizational Nation, First Nation of Hindus – emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, religious freedom and other rights, eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living.
Koidu City is the capital and largest city of the diamond-rich Kono District in the Eastern Province of Sierra Leone.
Koidu City is a major urban, business, commercial and diamond trade center, it is one of the most ethnically and religiously diverse cities in Sierra Leone.
Koidu city is also the hometown of Sierra Leone’s vice president Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, Sierra Leone”s First Lady Fatima Bio and former Sierra Leone”s vice president Samuel Sam-Sumana; as all three of them were born and raised in the city.
Kono District is the largest diamond producer in Sierra Leone. Other important economic activities include gold mining and agricultural production of rice, coffee and cacao.
Kono District population is religiously diverse among Muslims and Christians, though Muslims make up the majority of the population in Kono District.

The United States of KAILASA and the Kingdom of Dlamini signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of diplomatic relations.

Dlamini Kingdomโs traditional Laphori Palace is located in Mooijlek Village, in Limpopo in the northernmost province of South Africa, and Amaswati Kangwane is subjected to other traditional communities, customs, traditions, values and traditional leadership.
The Sovereign Order of KAILASA (SOK) signed a Historic Memorandum of Understanding with the South West And African Forum Federation (SWAF Federation).
Surviving documented persecutions, respectively, both SOK and SWAF Federation entered into a memorandum of understanding, highlighting the importance of raising awareness of atrocities done to their ancestors and to generations since by brutal attacks, ethnic cleansing, lawfare, usurping of ancestral lands and destruction of traditional education systems and cultural roots.
Through this friendship, SOK and SWAF Federation recognized their respective human rights to practice their indigenous religion, traditions, jurisprudence, and governance in order to preserve their arts, culture, and lifestyle free from persecution, violence, and state interference.

The South West And African Forum Federation (SWAF Federation) represents all Africans from North, South, West, Central, and East Africa. The United States of KAILASA represents the Hindu Diaspora that live in more than 150+ Countries. SHRIKAILASA is a Sovereign Nation revived and headed by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM who is also the Emperor of 19 Ancient Hindu kingdoms, declared the revival and establishment of SHRIKAILASA in accordance with internationally accepted norms, with the right to sovereign self-determination, to fulfil this purpose of preserving the rights of Hindus, who practice the most ancient and most peace-loving tradition in the world, in an announcement that outlined the vision for the State under a time-tested model of Hindu governance and Hindu administration, as a place where Hindus can practice Hinduism authentically and peacefully.
The State of the African Diaspora (SOAD) also known as the ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐, includes all the people of African Descent who live out of Africa. ๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐, ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ง. It is led by a Government, a Parliament, a Royal Chamber, a State Department, and all of them work on different programs such as building smart cities, creating agribusiness infrastructure, the SOAD University, restitution of artefacts and human remains, medical complexes, etc. The objective of the State of the African Diaspora is to reinforce Africa through the Diaspora, and the Diaspora through Africa.
Article 1 of this cooperation agreement states : ยซ The United States of KAILASA and the State of the African Diaspora recognize each other, and are ready to cooperate in order to support their people. ยป The other articles of the agreement mention topics such as IDs, currency, environment, the United Nations, agribusiness, education, health, reparation, restitution and human rights.
The two parties have already started to cooperate. During the Summit on Restitution, held by SOAD on December 7 and 8, the Crown Prince of the United States of KAILASA and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of SHRIKAILASA were invited as honored guests, and they expressed their desire to participate to the campaign on restitution, as many temples or statues from Hindu Kingdoms were also looted during Colonisation.
