The United States of KAILASA has formalized Bilateral Relations with the Luapula Province Chiefs Council (LPCC) and House of Chiefs in Mansa, North Eastern Province of the Republic of Zambia, Royal Kingdom of Zambia, Chiefdom of H.R.H. Chief Chisunka, Zambia.

H.R.H. Chief Chisunka is the Monarch and Traditional Ruler of the Luapula Province, one of Zambia’s ten provinces in the country’s northern part. Named after the Luapula River, its capital is Mansa. The province, known for significant mineral deposits like manganese, lime, copper, and precious metals, boasts abundant natural resources, wetlands, and waterfalls. It is home to unique wildlife and fish species, including the rare Shoebill Stork. Key features of the region include Lumangwe Waterfalls in Kawambwa district, Lake Mweru, the Luapula River with its 2.5km long bridge, Lusenga Plain National Park, and Lake Bangweulu with its wetlands.

H.R.M. Dr. Chief Chisunka is the fifth-generation Monarchy of the Aushi clan in Mansa District, Luapula Province. He established the Luapula Province Royal Foundation, working to alleviate poverty, address health concerns, and tackle economic issues. His foundation also focuses on infrastructure development in this resource-rich province while preserving cultural identity and integrity.

H.R.M. Dr. Chief Chisunka’s Monarchy is dedicated to improving rural communities’ welfare and promoting economic opportunities within his provincial kingdom. This includes attracting foreign investments and empowering the Aushi people through education, agriculture, renewable energy sources, and awareness of global warming and climate change. His approach emphasizes sustainable mining practices to harness the natural resources of the provincial kingdom.

The partnership between KAILASA and LPCC aims to drive significant development and climate change mitigation in the Chiefdoms. KAILASA collaborates to protect the forests in the Chiefdoms, mitigate climate impacts, and secure a brighter future for Luapula Province. This includes integrating International Humanitarian Agency GREEN OM Objectives with S.E.F., LPCC, and the House of Chiefs for the sustainable environmental development of future generations. The partnership highlights a vision of enhanced clarity, generating support through plant conservation, biodiversity preservation, and forest and land protection.

Furthermore, the United States of KAILASA is collaborating with the Luapula provincial kingdom in economic development through Youth Empowerment initiatives to eradicate hunger, empower women and youth, and improve their quality of life. This partnership focuses on exchanging expertise in health, education, and agriculture. It also aims to promote the principles of Hinduism, empowering individuals with the science of Enlightenment.

KAILASA’s initiatives, grounded in Hindu principles, include providing free quality education, promoting gender equality, and fostering religious tolerance.
