The United States of KAILASA and the Kingdom of Dlamini signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Affirming their shared view of global peace, universal freedom, environmental protection, sacredness and relevance of indigenous culture and heritages, commitments to preserving the rights of all indigenous people, and their determination to fully implement such commitments, The United State of KAILASA and the Kingdom of Dlamini take this occasion to reiterate their condemnation of hatred, persecution, religious intolerance and all other manifestations of discrimination directed against the indigenous people anywhere, at any time and by anyone.
Dlamini Kingdom’s traditional Laphori Palace is located in Mooijlek Village, in Limpopo in the northernmost province of South Africa, and Amaswati Kangwane is subjected to other traditional communities, customs, traditions, values and traditional leadership.
