A delegation of the United States of KAILASA (USK) and the United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Nations (UAN) held an official diplomatic meeting with Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda and Minister for East African Community Affairs, at her office in Kampala.
The meeting introduced UAN’s mission as an intergovernmental coalition of more than 150 Indigenous nations and communities dedicated to cross-cultural governance, sustainable development, and holistic well-being, including UAN-HCR’s “Abhayam Sarvabhutebhyo” (“Refuge for All”) initiative — a global humanitarian commitment of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (“SPH”), Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam (“JGM”), His Divine Holiness (“HDH”) Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, to restore dignity, safety, and self-reliance to displaced and vulnerable communities. Discussions highlighted shared priorities including regional integration under the East African Community, humanitarian protection and resettlement support, and women’s economic and digital empowerment — an area of long-standing advocacy for Rt. Hon. Kadaga.
The United States of KAILASA and the United Ancient Nations thanked Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga for the meeting and for her consideration of the proposals presented, and extended their best wishes for her continued leadership of Uganda’s regional and Cabinet responsibilities. Both sides look forward to building an enduring collaborative relationship with the Government of Uganda in service of shared humanitarian and development goals.

The United States of KAILASA represents the revival of an ancient enlightened Hindu Indigenous civilizational tradition, restored through the unbroken Guru Parampara and spiritual lineage succession of the SPH. It was established to preserve, revive, and share the enlightened Indigenous civilizational knowledge of Hinduism — providing spiritual solutions to humanity through conscious governance, education, and cultural diplomacy.
The SPH serves as the ecclesiastical head of the Sovereign Order of KAILASA’s Nithyananda (“SOKN”), an international Hindu spiritual and humanitarian order whose monastic members serve communities in more than 150 countries through spiritual guidance, humanitarian service, and compassionate action grounded in the principles of Advaita (Oneness) and Ahimsa (Non-violence). His appointment as the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism was affirmed through the sacred recognition and appointment of a congregation of more than one thousand eight (1008) Hindu pontiffs, representing the continuation of the ancient Hindu spiritual institution of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism.
KAILASA is a founding member of the United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Nations (“UAN”), an international coalition bringing together more than one hundred sixty (160+) Indigenous nations, kingdoms, peoples, and communities across multiple regions of the world, established to foster Indigenous cooperation, cultural preservation, environmental stewardship, protection of ancestral knowledge systems, and collaboration toward global peace and mutual flourishing.
