Representatives of the United States of KAILASA (USK) held an official diplomatic meeting with Hon. Dr. Lillian Aber, MP, Minister of State for Relief, Disaster Preparedness and Refugees in the Office of the Prime Minister, in Kampala. Minister Aber, who also serves as Woman Member of Parliament for Kitgum District, holds direct responsibility for Uganda’s national disaster response, refugee management, and humanitarian coordination programs.
The meeting reflected an area of direct common interest: KAILASA’s United Ancient Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UAN-HCR) initiative, “Abhayam Sarvabhutebhyo” (“Refuge for All Beings”), works to provide refuge, protection, and pathways toward dignity and self-reliance for those displaced by conflict, persecution, and disaster — a mission that closely parallels Minister Aber’s own portfolio overseeing Uganda’s hosting of nearly two million refugees and its national disaster risk-reduction and recovery programs.
KAILASA expressed its appreciation for the constructive engagement with Minister Aber on matters of shared humanitarian concern, and looks forward to continued dialogue as both sides consider how KAILASA’s international humanitarian and refugee-support work might complement Uganda’s own progressive refugee and disaster-preparedness policies.

The United States of KAILASA represents the revival of an ancient enlightened Hindu Indigenous civilizational tradition, restored through the unbroken Guru Parampara and spiritual lineage succession of the SPH. It was established to preserve, revive, and share the enlightened Indigenous civilizational knowledge of Hinduism — providing spiritual solutions to humanity through conscious governance, education, and cultural diplomacy.
The SPH serves as the ecclesiastical head of the Sovereign Order of KAILASA’s Nithyananda (“SOKN”), an international Hindu spiritual and humanitarian order whose monastic members serve communities in more than 150 countries through spiritual guidance, humanitarian service, and compassionate action grounded in the principles of Advaita (Oneness) and Ahimsa (Non-violence). His appointment as the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism was affirmed through the sacred recognition and appointment of a congregation of more than one thousand eight (1008) Hindu pontiffs, representing the continuation of the ancient Hindu spiritual institution of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism.
KAILASA is a founding member of the United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Nations (“UAN”), an international coalition bringing together more than one hundred sixty (160+) Indigenous nations, kingdoms, peoples, and communities across multiple regions of the world, established to foster Indigenous cooperation, cultural preservation, environmental stewardship, protection of ancestral knowledge systems, and collaboration toward global peace and mutual flourishing.
