UAN Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Karamoja Agrobusiness Mining Cooperative Society, Republic of Uganda
September 3, 2026

The United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Sanatana Hindu Civilisational Nations (UAN) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Karamoja Agrobusiness Mining Cooperative Society Limited — a community-based, Indigenous Peoples-led organization first established in 2003 and now formally registered with Uganda’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, serving nine districts across the Karamoja Sub-Region.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing Indigenous rights, land justice, humanitarian support, and community-led development — guided by the conviction that land is life and that Indigenous communities must hold the power to protect it for present and future generations.

Through this cooperation, UAN and the Karamoja Agrobusiness Mining Cooperative Society Limited aim to strengthen Indigenous leadership, support the transmission of ancestral knowledge, and open the door to future economic collaboration built on mutually beneficial terms.
